Refunds

Bought on the website

If DrumChart isn't for you, you can have all your money back within 30 days of buying. You don't need to give a reason.

• Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, or find your order at paddle.net and ask there.
• Paddle, our reseller, sends the money back to the way you paid.

Bought in the iPad or Mac app

Apple takes the payment, so only Apple can give a refund. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides, under its own rules.

After a refund

Your account goes back to how it was when the free trial ended. Your charts stay, and you can still read, play and export them. Making new charts and changing charts stop.

Your legal rights

• UK law gives you 14 days to cancel most things bought online. For digital content, that ends once you start using it, which you agree to at checkout. The 30 days above cover that time anyway.
• After that, if DrumChart has a fault we can't fix, you still have the rights in section 8 of the terms.
